Q. How Do I Order?

UK Orders

1. Add the total number of kits you require to your basket (minimum order is 5). All tests come in a ‘biohacking box’ but you can also select additional gift wrap for some or all of your kits (see red bow box).

2. Go to checkout and add code SHIP90 to remove automatic UK delivery charge of £3.50

3. You will be emailed an instant VAT receipt. If you require a PDF copy please email info@mybodyfabulous.co.uk

4. After ordering you will be sent a live secure shared tracking sheet (see example HERE) so you can provide the name, address, email address, telephone number and gender for each person you are ordering for. We will handle the shipping directly to each person for you and notify you on the spreadsheet to confirm kit is shipped.

International Orders

1. If you are based outside the UK please contact info@mybodyfabulous.co.uk with your requirements and we will prepare a shipping quote for you.

2. Kits can be shipped anywhere EXCEPT - China, India, Iran, Mexico, Costa Rica, Lebanon and Russia.

Q. What Happens After My Order?

1. You will need to complete the spreadsheet for each member of staff / client. You can do this gradually or all at once. If you decide to order additional kits, these will be added to the same master spreadsheet.

2. We will then send each person an email explaining they have been gifted this test from your company. You are welcome to send us your own text to personalise these emails - please send this text to info@mybodyfabulous.co.uk along with your order number.

3. Each kit is dispatched daily, directly to the recipient via FedEX.

4. Once your recipient has taken the sample and returned it using the free returns envelope (UK ONLY), we will email them to let them know the labs have safely received their sample and when to expect their results (approximately 15 working days).

5. Once lab results are ready these will be emailed to each person privately. *At this point recipients will be offered follow up support should they have further questions. Payments for any additional support are taken directly from the registered patient not charged to the company.

6. The printed A4 brochures of each result are posted directly to the recipient 10 working days after the PDF is emailed. All lab reports are provided in English.

Q. How do you take this test?

The test is a simple, non-invasive oral sample (cheek swab). The only requirement is to abstain from eating, brushing teeth, chewing gum, drinking or smoking for at least 30 minutes before testing. Any lipstick or lip balm should be wiped clean before providing the sample. See instructions HERE See video instructions for taking sample HERE . There are no special storage or transport requirements and you can return any day of the week. You can take this test at any time of day, there is no need to stop taking medications or supplements with this test. As long as cheek swabs are stored in the dry pouch with the desiccant that is provided with the buccal swab kit, samples remain viable for up to 6 months

Q. What happens to my DNA after the testing?

Each test is processed in the CLIA-certified laboratory. All physical samples are completely destroyed after 3 months. The client report, the data and the DNA sample is never (and will never be) shared with, or sold to third parties.
